   Proposal Description:
   Specific aims:  (1) Explore differences in comorbid conditions in Central American and Caribbean Hispanic subjects with MCI and AD,   (2) Determine the extent to which the rate of clinical progression differs by Hispanic ethnic group in MCI and AD (measured as mean annual change in CDR Sum of Boxes score), and  (3) Evaluate whether any differences in rate of progression vary by level of education, age, and comorbid conditions.
